Before starting DCisions, Graham worked in wealth management at UBS and before that as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on financial services. He started his career as an International Manager with HSBC in securities services.

David is responsible for the finance, HR and commercial functions at DCisions. He worked previously as a strategy consultant with Curzon & Company, as a financial analyst with Accenture and qualified as a Certified Management Accountant in Canada.

Maya is responsible for product development and customer insight. She worked previously in credit card risk management and customer insight at Citigroup and prior to that at American Express.

Nigel leads relationship development with platforms, asset managers, intermediaries and pension schemes. He was previously Head of Strategy and Propositions for the workplace channel at Standard Life and before that worked in senior sales and marketing roles at AXA.

Adrian is responsible for managing the operations and technical development for DCisions. He previously worked in consumer banking at Lloyds Banking Group and before that as a project manager at Capital One Bank and as a consultant with Steer Davies Gleave.

Jon is responsible for product build, management and marketing at DCisions. He worked previously in product Marketing for Yahoo! on Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Answers and prior to that in marketing at IPC Media and Acxiom.

Past President of the International Actuarial Association and the Institute of Actuaries. Chairman of Pensions Advisory at Gazelle Corporate Finance and formerly Senior Partner of Watson Wyatt LLP from 2001 until 2005.
